Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management promptly.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, hours, and store policies.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and special weekend events.
- Ensure the sales floor remains tidy and adheres to all safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (10kg) occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new procedures quickly.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
