Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
