Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock shelves and ensure product availability and pricing accuracy.
- Process customer transactions at the register accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
- Assist with floor moves, window displays, and seasonal setups.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- No prior retail experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
