Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the sales floor.
- Stock shelves and merchandise according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- Clean and organize the store restrooms and fitting rooms.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store.
