Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Organize merchandise on shelves and displays to maintain a clean, attractive, and inviting store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high inventory standards.
- Assist with restocking inventory and keeping the sales floor organized during non-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn new processes and follow company guidelines.
