Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding inventory and promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
