Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to maintain high performance standards.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and register operations accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in scheduling and timekeeping for the weekend workforce.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
