This role requires weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) with daytime shifts. No nights or holidays required! We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement within our growing retail chain.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process POS transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approach
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays and Sundays 8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude with team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to Pine Avenue location
