Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all shoppers, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Stock, arrange, and visually merchandise products to maximize sales appeal
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Uphold safety standards and emergency protocols during all shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
