Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases using excellent communication skills
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves with inventory
- Support visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets
- Follow all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service mindset and approachability
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin location
- No prior retail experience required
