Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Organize and maintain store appearance, including stocking shelves and cleaning displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support team members during high-traffic weekend periods
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and box cutters safely
- Participate in visual merchandising and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation to Fredericksburg Road location
- Flexible availability during peak retail seasons
