Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store environment
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment and cycle counting activities
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate POS systems and digital tools for seamless customer interactions
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage diverse customers
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
