Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room standards
- Support team with markdowns, floor moves, and promotional activities
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 10am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
