Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, sizing assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and display maintenance
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while processing payments and returns
- Contribute to a clean, organized store environment through regular tidying and inventory checks
- Participate in weekend floor coverage and peak-hour customer flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Must have availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
