Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance store aesthetics
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for outdoor recreation
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
