- Deliver exceptional customer service with product expertise and trend awareness
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized checkout stations
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures
- Support loss prevention and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-10pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and POS system literacy
- 18+ years of age (required for operating equipment)
