Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays to drive sales
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization during weekend shifts
- Actively participate in weekend promotional campaigns and sales events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for coastal lifestyle products
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 12 PM - 8 PM)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable weekend transportation
