Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and style advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and displays
- Assist in inventory management, including stockroom organization and receiving shipments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards during all shifts
- Participate in weekend floor walks and store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- No prior retail experience required – training provided
