Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Support visual merchandising standards including floorset execution and stock replenishment
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and organizing stock
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness and safety compliance
Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or customer service experience (students welcome!)
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-6pm shifts)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling POS systems
- Outgoing personality with passion for outdoor recreation/sports
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- 18+ years of age required
