Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in weekend sales promotions and special event activations
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
