Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized checkout stations
- Execute visual merchandising standards including displays and restocking
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness standards across sales floor and fitting rooms
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotations
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Passion for fashion and youth culture
- Valid CA driver's license (for potential store transfers)
- Flexible schedule availability during peak holiday periods
