Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Manage the point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting and organized store environment.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily operational goals and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional early shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Arlington location.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
