Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations during weekend shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer inquiries efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with visual merchandising standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates.
- Monitor sales goals and implement strategies to drive weekend revenue.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Passion for retail and delivering a premium customer experience.
