Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a smile and provide personalized assistance to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Point of Sale Operations: Accurately operate the POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve weekly sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
