Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and organizing displays according to company standards.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash and various payment methods with precision.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and communicating with management to ensure inventory is replenished promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Loss Prevention: Adhere to all security policies to protect company assets and minimize theft.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to punctually arrive for shifts.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
