Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with stockroom organization and inventory counts
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to Downtown Sacramento location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must pass background check and drug screening
