Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness during weekend operations
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving shipments
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (1+ years)
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) reliably
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
