Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Ensure the sales floor is kept tidy and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact well with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
