Responsibilities
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and maintain attractive, organized displays.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor and backroom areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a consistent schedule on Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
