Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and performing stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to execute store promotions and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude is a must.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory calculations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco location.
