Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, inviting, and error-free store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with store maintenance, inventory counts, and cleanup duties.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special promotions as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
