Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy and visual appeal.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about inventory.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash transactions.
- Organize the stockroom and maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to start immediately.
