Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Operations: Ring up sales accurately at the register, process returns, and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and ensuring product availability.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store targets.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with management regarding stock levels and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise around the store.
