Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute efficient store operations including inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the sales floor
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
