Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in store promotional activities, including setting up displays and restocking seasonal items.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security policies while on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
