Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome shoppers with a friendly smile and offer assistance with their needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all visitors.
- Product Assistance: Help customers locate items, provide product information, and make recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting basic inventory checks.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training. A positive attitude is your greatest asset.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with handling cash, making change, and basic arithmetic.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
