Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Store Presentation: Keep the sales floor organized, shelves stocked, and the store environment clean and inviting.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and checking incoming shipments.
- Customer Support: Answer questions regarding products, store policies, and promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous retail or sales experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
