Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store.
- Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in store promotional events and activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
