Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in stocking merchandise and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing stockrooms.
- Ensure the display areas meet visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
