Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Clean up spills and hazards immediately to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
