Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Stock merchandise shelves and ensure inventory is well-presented and accessible.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to our Albuquerque location.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
