Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
- Perform light cleaning duties to keep the store looking pristine.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
