Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and tagging new arrivals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
