Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor throughout the weekend.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Monitor store appearance and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Support team members during peak weekend hours to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the retail industry.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
