Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and satisfaction
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, maintain visual merchandising standards, and organize displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Learn and promote current promotions and product knowledge
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia location

- Ability to stand for extended periods
