Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Organize and maintain store shelves, displays, and backroom inventory
- Assist with stock receiving, rotation, and visual merchandising
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Support loss prevention efforts and store security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from Commerce Street location
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
