Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure products are organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Maintain a tidy sales floor, including cleaning up spills and organizing fitting rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
