The Role
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a memorable shopping experience. You will work closely with management to maintain store standards and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
