Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service to customers visiting our Louisville and Virginia locations, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operations Support: Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, process stock transfers, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Flexibility: Adapt quickly to changing schedules and assist in other areas of the business as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for evening shifts.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required, as this position may involve travel to Virginia locations or training facilities.
