Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and orderly sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Ensure the store is secure and follow all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills.
